St Anne's Church, Shevington

Weekly Services

Thursday 11am is a quiet service with a smaller congregation that includes plenty of space for quiet reflection and prayer. The service is always communion with a mixture of traditional and modern styles of worship.

Sunday 9.30am is one of our two main Sunday services. It aims to be more traditionally Anglican using set liturgy from the service book and traditional well known hymns. The clergy will wear robes, there is no provision for children and young people and at least twice a month communion is shared.

Sunday 11am is our larger second main Sunday service. It aims to be more informal in style not always using the liturgy from the service book and including modern worship songs. Children and young people often attend this service and they are provided with worship packs. The first Sunday of the month is All Age worship and the third Sunday of the month is communion.
